14. MEALS AND REFRESHMENTS

A vegan meal/lunch is much appreciated please if working over 8 hours, often it is hard to be able to get a chance

to get food and going off site is not always possible (this is not usually taken with your guests as the photographer

has important duties to perform during this period). Where coverage includes up to mid-evening then a second light

meal should be available. The photographer will take a short break and eat away from guests. Where coverage has

been agreed to include a photographers assistant then the same conditions apply for this individual. NOTE: it is

normal practice to provide meals for your other wedding vendors e.g. toastmaster, DJ, videographer, band,

magician.

15. VIDEO SERVICES FOR PROPOSALS

When video services are included in a proposal package, the video will be captured using 2-3 static, unmanned

cameras while the photographer focuses on still images. The footage will be edited into a short highlight video with

music and titles. The photographer cannot be held responsible for unexpected events or missed footage due to the

static camera setup. For more dynamic video coverage, hiring a dedicated videographer is strongly recommended.

By agreeing to this service, the client acknowledges these limitations and releases the photographer from responsibility

for any missed or obstructed video footage.
